Vivo V25 5G in Nepal: Design, Specs, Price and Availability

Vivo V25 5G has been launched in Nepal. From September 4 till September 7, the phone is available for pre-order. Both the Vivo V25 5G and V25 Pro were announced on August 17, 2022. This phone is extremely good-looking and has this special color-changing glass technology that gives a magical highlight to the phone.  The device is powered by Dimensity 900. The smartphone runs on Funtouch 12 based on Android 12. In this article, we will discuss the specifications and features of the Vivo V25.

Overview of Vivo V25 5G

Design & Display

vivo V25 5G is highly about its design. This phone comes with a color-changing glass which is admirable enough by itself. The glass back does not catch fingerprint smudges thanks to its matte texture finish. The rear features a giant camera island with two huge camera circles and two additional tiny cutouts for another camera and a flash. The front side of the phone still looks outdated with its dewdrop notch and fairly thick top and bottom display bezels. The right side of the phone has power and volume buttons. The SIM card tray, USB-C port, and speaker are all located on the bottom side.

On the front, we get 6.44 inches of display that is AMOLED with a 90Hz screen refresh rate and HDR10+ offering 1080 x 2404 pixels. Personally, I would prefer a 120hz screen refresh rate for a phone like this. We also get the selfie camera at the top of the screen.

Camera

The back has a triple-camera setup. The setup includes a 64MP main camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS), an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. As said earlier, the front now has a single camera. It’s a 50MP selfie shooter with autofocus. The front-facing LED lights for night selfies.

This camera records videos at 4K@30fps and 1080p@30fps. The OIS helps you capture images with proper lighting even in dark and this camera also has a bokeh flare effect. The image produced by this camera is really nice and there is not much tinting or grain that appears.

Performance and storage

The performance of the Vivo V25 has been slightly downgraded. It now comes with a Mediatek Dimensity 900 chipset as opposed to its predecessor’s Dimensity 920. The processor built on 6nm accompanied with dual 5G provides high-speed processing throughout the phone for any task operations.

This phone is also marketed as built to last undergoing drop tests up to 42,000 drops, 6,000+ plugging and unplugging, and a lot more. It supports GPS, NFC, and OTG.

The smartphone comes in three memory configurations: 8GB RAM 128GB storage, 8GB RAM 256GB storage, and 12GB RAM 256GB storage. The V25 now also supports memory expansion via a microSD card.

Battery

The phone comes with a 4500mAh battery, which is 300mAh bigger than last year. It supports Vivo’s 44W fast charging.

The super flash charger as its name states charges your device with full support in a few minutes. The best part of all f it is the 24-dimension security protection that will keep the device safe while charging.
