Overview of Samsung Galaxy A23
Design and Display
The Galaxy A23 has a familiar design language, which puts it closer to the Galaxy A33 and the A53 than its more affordable Galaxy A13 sibling. This means that the camera module is slightly protruding, but it’s not a separate piece. It’s still part of the back panel and the edges are smoothed out. Also, contrary to the Galaxy A13, the A23 doesn’t have a unibody design.
The front of the Samsung Galaxy A23 houses a 6.6-inch TFT 90Hz LCD screen with a FullHD resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio. There’s a familiar-looking V-shaped notch that houses an 8MP selfie camera.

Camera
A23 gets a new camera setup with a 50MP main sensor, a 5MP ultrawide sensor, a 2MP macro, and a 2MP depth sensor. Previously, A22 had a 48MP main sensor and an 8MP ultrawide sensor. On the front, it has an 8MP selfie camera instead of the 13MP sensor found on the A22.

Battery & OS
Underneath, it has a 5000mAh battery along with 25W fast charging support. It comes with a 15W charger in the box.
For OS, it comes with One UI 4.1 on top of Android 12.

Performance
Moreover, Samsung has not specified which chipset the Galaxy A23 is powered by. It does, however, mention an octa-core SoC (2.4GHz + 1.9GHz) with 4G support. Thus, based on the clock speed, we expect it to be Snapdragon 680.
